On the newd.it website it is possible to choose various payment methods, thus enabling the customer to select the preferred method. The following are currently possible:

•  Payment by Credit Card(via PayPal) through the safe server (this system allows for making purchases in a safe manner without the presence of the specific management software on the customer’s own PC). In this case the online order only involves the cost of the relative purchase made, and which will only be charged once the delivery has been made.

•  Payment via COD, to be carried out in cash or a BANK cheque made out to the carrier, to be handed over directly to the express carrier at the time of consignment of the product purchased. The payment by COD foresees a surcharge of 3.00 Euro.

Times and methods of delivering the goods

In order to ensure secure, fast and reliable deliveries to their customers, newd.it has chosen TNT, a partner offering maximum quality and reliability and thanks to whom we are able to deliver all over Italy (*) within 72 hours.

At the time of making the delivery of the goods purchased, newd.it will send the customer an email message containing all the details of the delivery, including the tracking number. By opening the link attached, the customer will be able to connect up to the carrier’s site, check the exact status of the shipment, and find out the assigned branch to call for arranging to pick up the goods personally.

(*) Deliveries to Livigno and Campione d'Italia are excluded. Deliveries to Ustica are also excluded in relation to purchases made using the COD method of payment. Delivery to the smaller Italian islands and other remote areas are subject to an additional charge of 5 Euro.

Right to withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (in other words, a physical subject who purchases the goods for purposes not relating to his/her own professional business), he/she is entitled to withdraw from the purchase agreement for any reason whatsoever, without having to give explanations and without having to pay a fine, except in the case of the exceptions indicated in the General Sales Terms.
